Refund Policy
How refunds work for Burning Bridges Video credit packs.
Burning Bridges Video sells one-time credit packs. Payments are processed by Waffo.com Limited ("Waffo"), our merchant of record.
Purchases are final
Credits can be used the moment your purchase completes, so credit packs are non-refundable, including unused credits. Credits never expire, so they stay in your account until you use them.
When you get credits or money back
- Failed videos. If a video fails to generate, or a safety filter stops it, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You don’t need to contact us.
- Billing errors. If you were charged more than once for the same order, or paid and didn’t receive your credits, email support@burningbridgesvideo.com with your order ID (shown in Settings → Credits & orders and in your Waffo receipt). We will add the missing credits or refund the duplicate charge.
- Your legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. If such a right applies to you, email us and we will honor it.
What happens to credits after a refund
When a payment is refunded or reversed (including through a chargeback), the credits it added are removed from your balance.
